This course will fill the gap between the dental course work and the reality of practice by looking at the important parts of a dental business and giving participants the tools to make the parts work well. Working as an associate, becoming an owner, watching and using practice numbers, handling managed care contracts, finding money to borrow and marketing effectively are all important parts of business success and will be covered in a way that they can be put to use immediately.
