Course Info:
1. How do I get hygiene patients to value their appointments when they would rather be anywhere but the dental office? And how do I respond if they say they didn’t come in due to COVID concerns? 2. How do I reduce unfilled hours? We will explore the dentist’s and team’s role in motivating patients to want to make and keep their appointments. We will look at how you can establish a system and guidelines to prevent broken appointments, connect with patients who cancel or arrive late and intervene if it becomes a chronic problem. You will learn skills and techniques for you and your team to implement immediately. |
