Time is Now: CAD/CAM In office CAD/CAM systems have gained great momentum because of advancements in computer software and ease in design. Dr. Griffin has been involved with CEREC® CAD/CAM restoration education for over 10 years and has inserted over 10,000 restorations. He hides nothing and teaches very clearly which techniques and materials have been successful and which have not. The basic concepts of this system for routine posterior restorations as well as customization of anterior teeth are covered in a very clear and entertaining fashion.
Best Aesthetic Materials EVER: This course is to simplify materials and techniques to provide great success with an increased efficiency. We will learn indications for newer materials such as Lithium Dislicate and Zirconia with preparation and placement methods for each. The bonding of direct and indirect restorations will be explored with emphasis on conservative bridges and cosmetic temporaries for office efficiency and patient happiness.
About Our Speaker
Jack Griffin DMD
Dr. Jack Griffin has a unique and fun method of delivering multiple course topics including CAD/CAM dentistry. He is nationally recognized as a quality educator and presenter. Dr. Griffin is one of a hand-full of dentists awarded by his peers Diplomat status with the American Board of Aesthetic Dentistry (ABAD), accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Griffin runs a practice in St Louis County where he and his staff have maintained a 50-55% overhead since 1988. His Smile Center emphasizes cosmetics while doing all phases of general dentistry. Dr. Griffin’s unique educational philosophy focuses on improving clinical and financial outcomes while making practice more fun and rewarding. Dr. Griffin has been the MasterTrack/CE chair for the Missouri AGD, a member and clinical evaluator for Catapult Education, the dental industry’s premier speaker’s bureau, and is a clinical director for the Pacific Esthetic Continuum (PAC). He has also been a clinical evaluator for Reality Esthetics and served on the Council for Scientific Affairs for the Greater St Louis Dental Society.
